to expect; what services may be available in the NHS or private sector
as well as giving a great deal of support and advice. |
"Managing your pain" which gives
good sound advice on steps you can take to ensure that pain does not take
over your life. It promotes the positive side of living with chronic pain. |
"Step into my world - understanding
pain in children" has been produced in response to calls to PainLine
and requests from healthcare professionals. It is written from the child's
perspective, being aimed not only at parents and healthcare professionals
but also for those working with children. It gives lots of handy hints
and tips on understanding and dealing with a child in pain. |
